Most patients want improvement – not change.  Many patients in my practice voice a concern about having plastic surgery that they feel might make them look like someone else.  After years of looking at yourself in the mirror or of your family and friends looking at you it is normal to be concerned about too great a change.

Patients usually come to me with something that bothers them: their eyelids, their neck, etc. However, to rejuvenate a face we have to address the entire face and the ageing process as it affects each particular patient. So it is common to perform a facelift at the same time as a necklift and eyelid surgery.

Breast size, bra size and implant size cannot be directly compared. Correct sizing of patients is important because no two women are the same, no woman has the same exact same sized breasts on both sides and no two bras are the same, but two implants by the same manufacturer will be the same size.
